1. 400 grams of frozen Mahachanok mango dices

2. 1 cup of water

3. 2 teaspoons of agar powder

4. 2 tablespoons of sugar

5. 1/4 cup of unsweetened milk

How to Make

1. Blend the frozen Mahachanok mango dices.

2. Boil one cup of water, then add the agar powder and stir until dissolved. Reduce the heat.

3. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.

4. Add the blended mango and stir until well combined. Keep it on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.

5. Let it cool down before pouring into a glass. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

6. On top with Mahachanok mango dices for decoration.
