The BRC Global Standards are internationally recognized food safety standards developed by UK retailers and suppliers. These standards are widely accepted by major global retailers, manufacturers, and food service providers. BRC certification has become a symbol of international excellence, assuring consumers that the products are safe, legal, and of high quality.

HACCP, or Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points, is a preventive approach to food and pharmaceutical safety. Its goal is to identify, prevent, and reduce potential hazards throughout the food chain, from production to distribution and storage, ensuring product safety at every stage.

Halal certification ensures that products comply with Islamic law regarding quality and safety throughout the supply chain, from raw material selection to production and distribution. Thakolsri Farm has been Halal certified since 2018, demonstrating strict adherence to these standards.

This prestigious organization is dedicated to testing and promoting high-quality products, with its panel of judges selected from 15 of Europe’s most renowned culinary associations.

The requirements for appropriate food, complying with the standards and guidelines that are permitted for consumption, in accordance with the Jewish religious principles known as 'Kashruth'.
